How do I add sound effects to a video?
Upload your video and click Generate. The AI watches the video, makes sound effects and music that match what happens on screen, and puts them into your video.
Can I get only sound effects, without music?
Yes. Choose Sound effects before you generate, or switch to SFX only in the editor at any time. Every run makes both tracks, so you can change your mind later at no extra cost.
What happens to the sound already in my video?
The finished video uses the new sound. In the editor you can bring your video's own sound back and mix it with the music and sound effects, for example to keep speech. With Match the video's sound on, the music also takes its genre, tempo and mood from it.
How long can my video be?
Up to 5 minutes and 200MB, as MP4 or MOV, and at least 3 seconds. For a longer video, pick the part you want to use.
Which files can I download?
The video with your mix, the audio mix as WAV, and the music and the sound effects as separate M4A tracks for your own editor.
How much does it cost?
Each take costs 0.3 credits per 10 seconds of video, so a 1-minute video costs 1.8 credits. You see the exact cost before you generate, and failed runs are refunded automatically.
