request editor upload

Request a presigned PUT URL to upload a local file into the Editor library. PUT bytes, then complete_editor_upload.

poll editor job

Poll generate_image / generate_video / add_captions / export jobs. Wait 5–10 seconds between calls. Do not block on generate tools.
